Kelly Spitzer was born and raised in Durango, and feels extremely fortunate to once again call this beautiful place home after spending sixteen years in the Pacific Northwest. A graduate of the Evergreen State College, Kelly has a degree in political science and economics, and a background in marketing.

Along with her husband, Kelly has a passion for renovating homes. They’ve completed several successful renovations and builds over the past five years, which prompted her husband, Brian Percell, to establish Renew Heating & Homes, LLC, a company focusing on heating & air conditioning, home renovations, and general building projects.
